The TSS team brings an exciting, fun and safe learning environment to 1000’s of Elementary aged school children each week.

The management team shall search extensively to ensure that we provide instructors who are capable of providing a professional, organized and high standard of service.

All the fully insured coaches of TSS will have the minimum following certification:

• A relevant governing body sports qualifications
• CRB check
• Emergency first aid certificate
• Full public liability insurance

In addition to the qualifications our coaches have, they undergo an extensive training program which ensures they deliver high quality service with the following concepts always heavily involved throughout all of our programs:

Maximum Participation

TSS sessions ensure that each child is given the maximum opportunity to take part in their activity. All practices and games are designed to ensure players spend the fullest amount of time developing their skills.

All sessions will see the pupil with their own piece of equipment – be it a Hockey Stick, Basketball or Cricket Bat.

Teaching through games

Impact Sport believes sport is primarily about fun. To ensure children remain fully engaged within our activities - themes, adventures and stories are worked in within our programs.

It is our mission to enthuse and encourage children to take part in as much sport and gameplay as possible and this is our proven way to introduce them to it.

Independent Learning

At TSS each participant is valued and supported equally. As part of our philosophy, when it is relevant to issue pupils with mini challenges this is done so with respect to their personal level of ability.

As typical - we allow pupils to explore and practice their challenge – we then ask them to put their own ideas forward to improve at it – we finally ask them to compete against themselves to see if their ideas are effective.
